1. Introduction
Welcome to Global Voyager Club (“GVC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using any GVC membership or services—or by booking through our platform—you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not join or use our services.
2. Membership & Fees
GVC offers three annual membership tiers—Member, Voyager, and Parallel—each granting exclusive room-rate discounts and Visa® gift-card credits.
- Member: 50% off on 7-night stays + $25 Gift Card per stay
- Voyager: 60% off on 3–7-night stays + $50 Gift Card per stay
- Parallel: 65% off on 3–7-night stays + $100 Gift Card per stay
All subscription fees are billed annually, non-refundable, non-transferable, and automatically renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Introductory or promotional pricing applies only for the period expressly stated at enrollment.
3. Booking Terms
- Availability: All bookings are subject to resort availability and may be restricted by blackout dates.
- Length of Stay: Member discounts apply exclusively to 7-night stays; Voyager and Parallel members may book stays of three to seven nights.
- Taxes & Fees: Quoted rates exclude local taxes, resort fees, service fees, gratuities, and any other mandatory charges unless expressly stated.
- Changes & Cancellations: Modifications or cancellations must comply with the resort’s policy and may incur additional fees. Please refer to our Booking Policy for full details.
4. Visa® Gift Cards
- Use & Redemption: Gift Cards are non-reloadable, carry no cash value, and expire six months after issuance. They may be used only for in-resort food, beverage, and related purchases wherever Visa debit cards are accepted.
- Restrictions: Gift Cards cannot be used for ATM withdrawals, cash back, or purchases of other gift cards.
- Lost or Stolen: Treat Gift Cards like cash—lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced except where required by law.
5. Third-Party Services
GVC may facilitate ancillary services—such as car rentals, excursions, and transfers—through third-party providers. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or any losses caused by these vendors. All services are governed by each provider’s own terms and conditions.
6. Referral Program
Our Referral Program awards Gift-Card credits after a referred friend completes their first paid booking. Referral credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers and are subject to the same expiration and usage rules as other Gift Cards.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the GVC website—including text, images, and trademarks—is owned by Global Voyager Club or used with permission. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of site content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
GVC provides services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GVC’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total membership fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. GVC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other force-majeure events.
9. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using GVC services, you consent to those practices.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are material, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our site. Your continued membership or use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
